I have many spine issues with 24/7 pain in my lower back and hips and sometimes in my legs. I sat in this chair because I couldn't afford those expensive back chairs. I'm so glad I chose this chair! It has been so great for my back and nerve issues so far. I'm a writer so I sit at my computer a lot and this chair has been a blessing. The only thing that would be better if it had a small footrest. I saw one that had it but this one had the best reviews so I went with this one. If it were, it would be a 6 star rating
