The ability for colleagues from different locations in our organisation (and other companies) can work together seamlessly without having each others' details stored locally or remotely - this is great! There's nothing I dislike about it so far but if you want something that works well then do get one as there are many out now offering similar services at much lower prices than what they charge here (£40 per annum). It has enabled us have more seamless working relationships across multiple sites/locations which results into reduced costs by reducing travel time between these remote offices & increased productivity due improved communication.
