These are just as described. They’re small, but that’s what I wanted for my potted plants. You should use coffee filters to keep dirt out of them. My only complaint is that all the styrofoam packaging used to keep them safe during shipping inevitably makes a mess, and it’s nearly impossible to get little pieces of it out of them.

I love these little birds. They look exactly as pictured, and are adorable among my plants. I strongly considered other reviews before placing my order, and decided the price was worth the risk of uneven openings and difficulty with filling. I was very happy to find none of those issues with mine (although I am not at all discrediting those who have had problems). The tubes were very uniform, and they are easy to fill as long as you hold them at the right angle to allow the air out as the water

These are adorable but not effective as a slow watering device. I used coffee filters wrapped around the stem to keep the dirt from getting in the stem and bird. Inserting it on an angle allows air to get in so that it will drip. However the water had all gone out in about an hours time. I bought them to keep the top layer of dirt dry to prevent fungus gnats. I think they will work for that. They will not work for vacation watering or leaving your plants for a long time without water.

I love that I can go on vacation now and don’t have to worry about my plants. One full bulb lasts for a week 😊 Thanks for attention.

Love! These are so beautiful. Bought a pair for myself and another set as a gift. I plan to keep purchasing as gifts when birthdays and holidays come around. Fantastic alternative to the standard round glass option. These are much more dainty and blend right in with my decor!

Both birdies arrived intact, with such fragile glass item that was a win!I followed the directions in the booklet, added some cotton ball and cotton cloth to the opening to slow down the dispenser. Unfortunately, even with both of those barriers the water was gone within hours, making this unsuitable for a weeklong vacation.

I’m so crazy about these water feeders in blown glass that I bought a set for four others. House guests notice them, they’re so elegant! Follow the directions on the side of the box and you can’t go wrong.

These are so pretty. They have held up well over the past several months. Dirt does get into them if you don’t follow others suggestions , but I don’t mind.

These are so cute! I have small children so I was worried that the glass would be thin but it’s very thick. I highly recommend for convenience and cuteness.This was packed so nicely and carefully that there was literally Styrofoam inside of this to make sure it was not damaged

I have a lot of plants but I couldn't figure out why this one species kept turning brown. I found out that they need to stay damp. So, in addition to watering every week, I keep these in my tradescantia which keeps them now much happier. They look really pretty as well so it's a nice addition.

These are adorable additions to my potted plants. One of them had a leak where the stem meets the bulb. I used some clear glue and that took care of the problem.

These were better quality than I expected. Good for bigger potted plants. It’s glad material provides a nice aesthetic.

These are made of a fairly thick glass so they are definitely durable enough to handle being pulled in and out of soil often. Love that they are subtle but still fun and unique.

Easy to use and pleasant to see in the plants. One person mentioned that because they are clear, any dirty that gets in the body of the bus is then visible. This happened to me when I did not wrap the opening with paper total. It is easy to get it out and tell it. The only negative is that is said it waters for 2-3 weeks, but I have had to refill mine several times within the past week. Maybe my pants were extremely thirsty. I will definitely buy more for other plants.

These are pretty, and may be just what you want, but we have two cats and one was broken in a week. If you have pets or kids I would suggest going with terracotta plant watering spikes. They are much more durable. And if they do break in the future it won’t be in a million tiny shards like these.

The birds are very picturesque. The difficulty is filling them with water through the straw. The tips also fill with dirt in spite of instructions to wrap the tip with cotton. I will keep them because they are worth the trouble and pretty in the plant pots, but be aware

Came packaged well, nice bulb for plants. Sad that the water drains even after following directions to add a cotton ball at the end once water is in. Don't want the plants to drown in water. Water drains quickly.

I love hearts, so they were perfect. Only I’m not sure they are the ticket to the best watering a plant when away from home. It watered too fast, or nothing, depending on how I tilted it in my house plant. Packing was excellent.
