Great little stool, I find it comfortable. My husband assembled it but it took him 15 minutes. I had no problems with it rolling or getting out from under me. There is a piece of plastic covering the weld between the post and the legs (3rd and 4th photos), it's plastic and seems a bit fragile. I don't think this plastic part can withstand heavy loads. You can always leave it on as it is purely for cosmetic purposes. All in all a great vanity stool. Has a wide range of height adjustment. Overall I am very happy with this stool.
