Replaced the lousy dim fog lights on my 2017 Ram. Truck 2017 without DLR. Indeed. My 2014 Ram had DLRs. The light is very close to OEM quality except that the alignment adjustment screw is a little less strong, but there is no problem with the adjustment. One reviewer complained about the regulator breaking. Both OEM and these lights have plastic adjusters, so as with any plastic item, care must be taken. Mr. Gorilla's hand is not required. It is installed once and is forgotten about the subject. The light is much brighter, probably 6500K bluer than the OEM matte white. LED daytime running lights shine bright even in broad daylight. Looks good too. Installation took about 30 minutes - no problems. The manual in typical Chinese translated into English is basically useless, but neither is it necessary. No special skills/tools are required, anyone with a 12mm socket can unplug the socket with basic wiring knowledge. If you can't find three 12mm screws, a 12V plug and fuses, this isn't for you. Ask a knowledgeable person to do this. Flashlights came with an adapter to change the polarity of the power supply. Apparently the LEDs plus or minus are reversed and will not work on American cars without an adapter. My only complaint is that the back of the adapter's cable port isn't sealed to keep water out. I used silicone (RTV) to seal it and then sealed the 2 inch lines. The hardest part is routing the DLR wire to the fuse box in the engine compartment. Fuse adapter and 5A fuse. By the way, Ram uses smaller fuses instead of standard mini fuses. Every time the ignition is turned on, the DLRs are turned on. I'm not sure how long they will last, but they are 100x better than OEM junk.
