I only bought this to have a fully matte screen, not for blue light. it works great. Absolutely ZERO reflection or glare, even on a completely black screen with no backlight or direct sunlight. I cannot put into words how nice it is not to have to deal with this problem. and the blue light protection aspect is a bonus. Installing on my laptop was frustrating and left a few small air bubbles due to my own error. It came with two screens so I had a backup in case I messed up. but in my opinion there is nothing wrong with that.tldr; buy this one.
