Honestly this is the best pillow on the planet. I've tried over 20 pillows and this is the only one that's right for me. It's firm but not too firm memory foam. It's enough for me to hug and lay on my face (I'm 5ft 9in, 180cm tall) as well as fit between my thighs and hold them in perfect position. I have many back problems due to scoliosis and years. work on my feet. This pillow is perfect for sleeping on my side as well as under my knees when lying on my back. It can even fold up and support my lower back while supporting my knees. I can't say enough good things about this pillow. Serious. Also, I recently sprained my hip and I could not have recovered without this pillow. Worth every penny!
