Judging by the photo I was expecting a firmer pillow. The cover is of good quality but I think the pillow lacks material and is easy to set up. If there was an indication of the degree of stiffness, I would never have bought it.

This is a unique custom size but they didn't supply pillowcases. The pillow itself seems perfect...exactly what I was looking for. But how are you supposed to stay clean and hygienic for a long time without a pillowcase? What a disappointment.

This pillow had a beautiful cover! Didn't feel cheap. It's a tough piece of memory foam that's supportive but has some benefits. I sent it back because it was too small in diameter and the ad said it was shredded memory foam - it's not. All in all a good buy if that's what you're looking for!

I don't want to knock. Some people might think this is perfect. But for me, memory foam just isn't a thing.
