This body pillow really does what it promises. I have back problems and sleep on my side. I have been using a regular body pillow for over 15 years. A regular body pillow always comes out "flat" and doesn't give me the support I need to keep my spine straight and I end up waking up with back pain. This memory foam body pillow won't go "flat".
