My grandson is 5 years old and is in the 95th percentile for height but 40th percentile for weight. In other words, he is tall and very thin. These pajamas are quite tight at the top, but the bottom is very comfortable, if not a bit longer. I can live with that for a long time. But in very tight tops it is uncomfortable to sleep. He says he likes them but I think that's just because they're so cute. I really doubt he will wear long tops.
