The product looks good. Cons: - it's very long, so quite invasive; Difficult to reach the shifter to access other things on the dashboard - the shifter is completely disassembled. It installs by screwing 6 screws into the piece of silicone that wraps around the switch, and the screws go all the way through the protective silicone sleeve, exposing the switch incredibly. I can't use any other shift knobs anymore and to be honest I'm really pissed about it. should be a disclaimer or better solution for the product. If you never plan on ever selling your car, plan on using a shift knob forever, or want to replace the entire shifter because it's stripped then it might be worth it. Now, in the long run I may have to replace the entire switch with a part that is probably no longer made, with an aftermarket short switch, which is a major hassle in such a trivial situation. it's not worth it.
