disappointed: crossbody bags

I was very happy with this product for about a month and a half until I walked into my house and only the strap broke off. Was very upset with the broken wallet because it was too late to return it and so far I've really liked this product. If it hadn't broke I would definitely buy other colors. Very upset that I can no longer use this wallet.
