It is extremely easy-to use software that allows you manage all of my business appointments in one place! I love how it gives me an accurate count as well - so there's no guesswork when estimating meeting attendance or event participation numbers (which are critical metrics). The ability to set reminders before meetings start/end helps ensure we stay productive throughout our day together without being interrupted by emails from colleagues who need something done at their desk ASAP because they're running late themselves!! Nothing yet but this tool has made managing weekly calendars much easier than using Excel spreadsheets manually each week. We've been able solve some issues around keeping track of time off requests while also making sure employees don't forget about upcoming events during busy times like vacation season.
