The ease in which you are able to create campaigns for both traditional marketing channels as well electronic platforms! I love how easy it makes my job easier by giving me all important tools needed when creating an integrated campaign from start date till end delivery (including analytics). Not one thing about reachDesk has been bad so far!! Great Solution For Outsourced Call Center Services

The platform is very intuitive and easy-to-use for both end users and our Account Executives. We are able to track ROI via our call tracking tool, which is very useful and makes it easy to see what calls went well/bad. It's easy to get started up and running. We have been using reach desk for over 5 years now and we love everything about it! The team has always worked hard behind us in order to meet our needs as well as exceed them if required. I do not find any downsides or dislikes from my side which makes me so happy every time i hear this word :) They are very good people who care deeply for what they're doing. Effective Outreach Platform With Great Customer Service

It's very easy for people you have in contact over Facebook or Whatsapp groups, it allows me to add images without having problems such as crashing my computer since I'm using an old laptop which cannot handle graphics well. Some features are not easily accessible (for example when someone sends something from another user). The interface should be improved by allowing drag-and-drop image uploads instead of only clicking through photos each time we wish to change them. Also there needs more…

The integration process was simple and their team really helped us every step through it so we could understand how everything worked best for our business needs. Also they always respond very quickly when you have questions or need help! Great collaboration with them on this project as well.
