Review on Reachdesk by Michael Gonzales

We have been using reach desk for over 5 years now and we love everything about it! The team has always worked hard behind us in order to meet our needs as well as exceed them if required. I do not find any downsides or dislikes from my side which makes me so happy every time i hear this word :) They are very good people who care deeply for what they're doing. Yes you get all features including SMS integration but also their support staffs knowledge base and articles are second-to-none. As an agency working closely together with other agencies reaching out to clients/customers via text message was something difficult due to multiple reasons such as lack of trust between different organizations etc. But since implementing reachDesk into the mix things changed drastically and became easier than ever before (aside being able to track results). It's pretty easy actually just few clicks away from having full control of sending messages through the platform.
