The ability to create segments, tag people in your audience with their interests or behaviors is great! There's not much I love about this product atm but that could be because we are using it for its intended purpose of creating targeted lists/audiences so maybe there isn't anything out-of -the ordinary here? I like that we can create multiple segments of data points to help us understand our customers better. The interface is very intuitive for someone who has never worked with this type of software before, but also easy enough for those with experience. It's not always clear what information you are looking at when viewing your dashboard.
