I really wanted this product to work. It was fairly expensive and unfortunately not what I've come to expect from an ADC product. The hose from cuff to manometer is too short, making it awkward to place on a patient. And because the gauge and inflation bulb are one piece, the size of the inflation bulb was sacrificed. This is a very high quality, solid set of outdoor string lights. However, we almost returned both sets as we could not initially get any of the bulbs to light. You will have to screw in the bulbs much further and tighter than you would expect. I ended up taking each socket and raising the small tab in the bottom to make contact easier. The Masione 24" Flood Spot Combo Beam is very bright. As said before there is only 20" of double row lights. The other 4" is including the brackets for mounting. The light can be adjusted with the teeth in the mounting bracket, but there is a big difference in between settings as far as the angle of light projection. It was a great fit for my 7 year old daughter. She wears a 10/12 in bottoms, because she has broad hips, and a 7/8 in tops and I bought a 10/12 in this dress (her usual size in dresses too) and it fit her perfectly all the way around in every spot. It's a great rack for hand towels. That should be noted. I bought it for bath towels because the photos show bath towels hanging and make it look large enough for bath towels. But these arms are too small.and u always need to fold them.you can never have the towel straight on the bars, there's no room. Arms are too short. This seems to work pretty well. I got it for hiking with my 60lb part-pyrenees dog. We used the size chart and the large seems to fit him almost perfectly. We normally use a standard collar, but I wanted something that was safer for him on various terrain and wouldn’t hold/add too much heat in the warmer climates.
