I like that we can create multiple segments of data points to help us understand our customers better. The interface is very intuitive for someone who has never worked with this type of software before, but also easy enough for those with experience. It's not always clear what information you are looking at when viewing your dashboard. For example, it would be helpful if there was an option to view just leads or only opportunities in certain stages. We have been able to segment our customer base into different groups using their purchase behavior and other factors. This allows us to target specific messages to each group and helps ensure that we don't waste time sending out irrelevant offers.
