I like that it's easy for my users to access me through their phone or computer at any time from anywhere in the world! The ease with which they can reach out makes them feel appreciated by our team as well as myself personally. It also helps us keep track of who we have been speaking too when communicating via text (or voice). Sometimes there are issues where messages get lost because sometimes people don't read all of what you send before replying back.

The support team really gets into creating custom designs for our needs - we have been working with them for over 6 months now and they continue to work hard at getting us everything we need even if we don't know exactly what we're looking for!
