I like that it doesn't require any coding or extra effort for implementation. It's very easy! And best part? No monthly fees required (like many other platforms). The only thing we dislike about this platform was lack of support from their customer service team after our first month with them - they didn’t respond at all until several weeks later when one person responded by saying "I don”t know what you mean exactly but if there are issues please reach out again". We've been using hellobox since 2015 without issue in terms of functionality/integration into site pages as well as ease of use once implemented. This has helped us build relationships faster than before through increased engagement rate & conversion rates.
