Review on HelloBox by Thasapon Bowers

I like that it's easy for my users to access me through their phone or computer at any time from anywhere in the world! The ease with which they can reach out makes them feel appreciated by our team as well as myself personally. It also helps us keep track of who we have been speaking too when communicating via text (or voice). Sometimes there are issues where messages get lost because sometimes people don't read all of what you send before replying back. This could be solved if the app was able to auto reply so no one has to worry about this problem anymore. In general though everything works great! We've had some minor problems but nothing big enough to make us switch over yet. As long as those small things aren't addressed then I think everyone will love using Hello Box! Keeping up communication between customers/clients while having flexibility without being tied down to work hours.
