Review on HelloBox by Mark Toth

The ability for us as business owners who are not tech savvy at all has been great because it makes getting started very quick! We didn’t know how much easier this was going over traditional forms but we were blown away when our first customer came into one place where they could fill out their information online through hello boxes instead if filling them in via email or snail mail!! This allows me time that I can spend with my customers rather then being tied up behind computers so far no negatives whatsoevers. Definitely worth trying you won't be disappointed. ! The best part about hellobox so far has been how easy it was for me as my customer service agent (me)to see where people are having issues with their account or problems they're experiencing when using our product! I love that we can monitor this data in real time via dashboard reports - sometimes you just need someone who understands what's going wrong right now without needing another person there helping them out!!
