The integration process was simple and their team really helped us every step through it so we could understand how everything worked best for our business needs. Also they always respond very quickly when you have questions or need help! Great collaboration with them on this project as well. They are easy to work with in general but also super responsive if needed. We started using ReachDesk during an initiative to reach out to new potential clients. At first I did not see many benefits to reaching these new leads other than having more access to data about the people who were interested in what we offered. However after talking with them, they realized there would be huge benefit from building relationships with those leads now instead of later so we changed course accordingly and things went much better overall.
