The first thing I cooked was zucchini spaghetti with shrimp, it came out great. It takes some getting used to for it to work well. I'll keep experimenting, one downside was how difficult it was to start the pumpkin. Maybe the technique is on my side, so I'll keep working with it. Everything works as desired, so far I am satisfied.
