This saved my favorite fridge from dying! I saved 2-3 thousand dollars buying a new equivalent, or 600-800 dollars having 2 mechanics called to service it. I have a 12 year old French door Maytag fridge that still looks new but no longer works. After troubleshooting and confirming that all internal fans are working, electronics are working, and the compressor is working, I confirmed that the freon level is low. There are some good videos online on how to charge your fridge and this hose worked great. It's been a few days now and the fridge is still working great. Hopefully it lasts another 12 years 👍🏼 Be sure to learn everything you can if you've never done it before
