Staying Power best in my review
I've been looking for an eyeliner that stays on my eyelids. Most of them wear away before the day is done. I don't know how others do it, do they re-apply during the day? This product seems to be the best I've used in the past. I DO have eyeliner on at the end of a day. I must have oily eyelids, as it's not as defined by end of day. But I'm very satisfied with this product.
