Small really small
I have a cyst on my wrist and the only thing that relieves the pain is a tight bandage. It's great for that and comfortable enough not to irritate my skin. If you get a size small, make sure you have small wrists. The loop on it was pretty tight and I have thin wrists. To be honest I didn't need to tighten the band any tighter. It seems very high quality and strong enough to last me a long time without breaking.
