First impressions: Pros: Lots of features, lots of manual controls. Good communication with the camera. Good performance. The head rotates horizontally and vertically. Good for reflecting lightning. Seems much better than Sony for my Sony alphaCons: a practically useless manual. Obviously English is not the main language here. Poor explanation of user connection to camera. Overall it seems good to great but I'll wait until I use it more.
