Firstly the magnets are very strong so you can definitely stick a lot of stuff on it. I find it very helpful. I use either this or a wrist magnet when I work (I only do housework and light woodwork). The magnets also hold things *inside* very firmly, which can be a little annoying on a fishing drill. pocket pieces. However, this is a feature. More helpful than annoying. I'm deducting a star because the velcro pouch is quite awkward to put on and it only fits a thin battery (e.g. Ryobi 2000mah will do but won't fit 40000mah) with velcro length. But I think you could lengthen it with extra velcro. I think there must be a better way to design the bag to fit velcro drills like this. But it works, at least when it's in it feels secure because it's connected in two places: the bottom of the handle (where your pinky finger is) and the bottom/side of the battery. The second small feature is that the bottom of the bag and the velcro create an uneven surface when set down. It's not a deal breaker, it's just odd not feeling a normal, satisfied smoothness when you put it in its place. However, it will not tip over or sideways or anything like that. I could make velcro to bypass the drill's base instead of the battery and attack it that way. Then you never have to undo the Velcro again to change the battery and you can easily use any size battery.
