Couldn't get it to work with Canon Eos Rebel T7
The cable connects to the camera but I couldn't find a setting that allows me to see the camera; Accessing the memory card on a computer running Windows 10. There is a sticker on the cable that says "Insert CD-ROM before USB cable". no cd. Not sure about USB differences between T7 and T7i. A USB card reader will come in handy at some point. UPDATE: My problem is software related. To solve my connection problem, I had to disable the Canon camera's Wi-Fi/NFC option. The Windows 10 computer found the camera and installed the necessary disc.
