I was used to using the cables that my sound systems brought and they broke easily (too thin). These replacements actually were the best thing to happen with my audio needs. I bought the Revain Basics cable and it was having issues. This cable sounds better and I haven't had any issues with audio cutting out.

The cable quality is great the sound quality is also great. Limited compatibility with some audio devices. The only down fall is that the connection is very loose.

An older, now broken, fibre cable almost ruined my TV's fibre out connector. I needed to use a plier to pull it out. The fit was lousy and I made a mistake of force connecting it on the back of my TV. This cable is also much easier to maneuver than my old one. If you rarely use fibre cables, be sure to align the "curve" shape when you are plugging. Buy this cable and enjoy your audio without ever needing a plier. I had to fish it through an in-ceiling and in-wall conduit. No problem at all. Connection is good on both ends, sound works as expected.

I bought this cable to run from my receiver, go under my living room floor, and connect to my TV. It does the job perfectly. The sturdiness of the sheathing is perfect for a crawlspace. I dropped cable TV a while ago and now use an HD rabbit ears antenna for pulling in HD over-the-air TV channels. I use it to connect my Denon DCD-600NE to Denon PMA-600NE. They are only a few inches from each other. I wish they were available in a shorter size. I will most likely use the same cable to connect another CD/DVD player to a DAC in my vintage Pioneer setup.

Works great connecting my digital TV to my older analog stereo using an analog-to-digital converter box. Works perfectly. The cable is well constructed and should last as long as my stereo.

Old optical cable stopped functioning after probably 8 yrs. Wanted a nice quality cable to replace that one without spending a lot of money. Discovered this one and saw the numberof reviews, read reviews and was sold. Have had it in place for several weeks now and only issue (which maybe me and my lack of audio knowledge) is that I seem to have to turn the volume on speaker bar up higher then when had previous cable attached. This is a very well made optical cable with a heavy jacket for protection. I installed a second sound bar in my shop and supplied it with this 35 ft optical cable from a powered optical splitter. Everything worked perfectly and the sound is good quality, however it is a cheap sound bar installed in a workshop, and I am not a sound aficionado, so take that for what its worth.
