Smell of hot metal…

Loved the product finish, but the warmer surface must be too hot - it melts and breaks down the scent quickly requiring a replacement within a day. Second, once the scent is gone (rather quickly) if left on, the warmer puts off a old heat and wax scent; not pleasant. I can’t figure out if it’s the finish and or that it’s too hot?

Could potentially cause burns if touched while in use

I usually just leave this on when I’m home, so it is frequently on for hours on end. I’ve had it for a few weeks and it must’ve been on for at least 100+ hours and it works like brand new. It’s a great product and would 10/10 recommend.
