Either fake or poorly made
I have the exact same jacket in a small size for my tall 6 year old so I bought it at 4T for my 3 year old to match his brother. Measurements OFF. The 4T wrist area is 2 inches larger and VERY large for my 3 year old. It's definitely coming back but I'll try to re-order to see if I get the right size!
