It needs to be heated and fitted to your mouth, some trimming is required.
I have no teeth due to MVA. But I still have TMJ and bruxium, so I clench my jaw and grind my gums, especially when I sleep. Now I can sleep and wake up without painful friction sores in my mouth. For the price this is a great product! If you follow the instructions, it is God sent!
