I just received this SANA 727 juicer a few days ago. Everything is fine in the original boxes. Except that the power cord pin was stuck. I had to open it. Today Monday 13th December 2021 I started using it. The juice is sweeter and silky smooth, very little pulp at speed 1 (40 rpm) than my other Omega horizontal juicer. HARVEST a little more. Very easy to clean. The sound of the juicer at the lowest speed is quieter than my Omega horizontal juicer. Next time I will tell you about the Db sound level. There is a "Made in Korea" label on the underside of the motor base. and Omega Vertical Slow Juicer [Bought and returned to Home Depot, unit was defective] NO INDICATION OF COUNTRY OF ORIGIN Manufacturer. That means it's "Made in China". So far I like the SANA 727. I'll have to use this juicer for a month and then report back. I recommend this device for its build quality, design features and 15 year warranty on EVERYTHING.
