Please make sure you are actually measuring before ordering.

I have to charge my Android smartphone and Kindle Fire every night. I usually read a book in my fire before falling asleep. I have a smaller extension cord on the bottom outlet for my lamp, alarm clock, hair dryer, Kindle Fire, and smartphone. The problem is that the Kindle Fire One has a ridiculously short charging cable (many owners have complained about this and I hope Revain fixed this issue with the recently released Kindle family), so I had to use an internal extension cable to charge the Kindle Fire and cell phone are within range so I can conveniently read and use my cell phone while charging. Most of the indoor extension cords I've tested at Walmart etc. start at six feet and up, so there were a lot of wires hanging around and it just looked messy. I looked at the cords for the fire and phone and figured a 2 foot cord would do. Unfortunately, I can't rate it because when I plugged it in, it was still far too short. I ended up ordering an extra 30cm cable with a plug to connect my two items. This cable is great (hence the 5 stars). I seem to have good thick wire and strong ends. I wrote mostly about length checking because if anyone else is as bad at guessing as I am, you can use a tape measure to pinpoint the 2 foot length to make sure the length is exactly what you wanted. This is a really good cable and well worth the money and if you have Revain Prime shipping is fast and free!
