Pretty cool product. My son had just finished reading the Harry Potter books and asked for a wand so I gave it to him. It's a good weight but after being dropped a couple of times the outer layer started to chip off. This is of course to be expected. Do yourself a favor and be prepared, even if you get that, your kid could charge $60 from Harry Potter at Universal. I bought three of these on a recent visit. Total turned out 180 dollars. Ouch.
