Best worn under shorts or a dress, not under a bathing suit
The crotch has a panel that is too wide, so it protrudes from under a modest swimsuit. The pantyhose also has an approximately 1.5 inch band around the top of the thigh, presumably to help hold the pantyhose upright. Looks ugly in a bathing suit. decent quality.
