Review on Energy Suspension 3 1108R TRANSMISSION MOUNT by Matt Vanlaere

I have a 1997 Camaro RS Automatic. I installed this myself, but a spacer is required to maintain the same height (and driveshaft angle) as the original bracket. Some people put washers under the bracket. I had the mechanic turn the custom washer on the lathe to fit under the bracket. I think it would be better to put plates over the bracket or get a special block over the bracket but I'm not sure. The car rumbles a lot more, especially at idle and at high revs in third gear. It doesn't really bother me, except for the plastic bushings in the switch, bits and pieces in the spare glass, the spare glass cover and door locks. They all make a high-pitched bang that I can't stand, but there are ways around it.
