These headphones work very well. The sound is loud and clear. The only thing I have is that the headphones get hot so I get hot wearing them. Also, it hurts me a bit to wear them and I'm a petite Asian. I usually only use them for hourly meetings. It does what I need it to, however, so I agree on the cons; mainly because I haven't used it for a long time. I would recommend trying something else if comfort is a must and if you use it frequently over a long period of time.
