I was on vacation and my phone was hanging from the wrist on the lanyard.It got caught on the railing of the balcony and snapped the loop of the lanyard. My phone went flying 11 stories down and landed on the roof of the hotel restaurant. I was hopeful that the case protected the phone's structure, but fully expected a shattered screen or cameras. However, my phone is in PERFECT condition. Even the case is fine. There are only a couple of scratches on the back edge where it landed. I HIGHLY recommend this case. Just don't trust the loop on the wristlet to protect the phone from falling.
