Review on Rationale Groups Inc by Peter Green

It's easy for me as I work with it every day! Our product has been very stable since we switched from another tool which was not so friendly or intuitive when you have multiple users working together simultaneously using different devices (mobile phones). Their customer support team are always helpful if any issue arises during implementation of our software solution within their platform - they will quickly find out what went wrong/what needs improvement etc., often resolving issues before even reaching us via email / phone call!!
