Not as thick or as high quality as the medical supplies I had here which were running out, plus the packaging says they are not designed to protect against chemicals. I have had to wear it to clear my newly diagnosed cat with cancer's diarrhea (at least 6 times a day) and my immune system is extremely weak (although probably not contagious as this is due to her large abdominal swelling) but otherwise to Be sure, it's a very dirty job, gloves are needed. The medium fits perfectly and I have ring sized fingers from a size 4 to a size 10 if that helps you with sizing. Would I buy again (and probably have to!). Very easy to put on and take off (simply roll cuff back and discard without touching the contaminated part).
