Jet-dry works very well for removing lyme deposits off of plumbing fixtures, tile and granite without the use of chemicals that may damage finishes. We have very hard water, so I've gotten a lot of practice! I like the value, but because its size, it's difficult to administer without spilling more than is needed. The smaller container was easier to use. Suggest adding an attachable tube for easier admin. of liquid to rinse container.

I think the product works great once you have it in your dishwasher. The problem is getting it there, and this is impacted by a poor spout design that makes it difficult to control the flow of product from the bottle and results is spillage and waste.

This is a must have if you suffer the nasty effects of hard water. I never use the heat dry when I run the dishwasher. It really is energy guzzling and not necessary as dishes will eventually air dry. This is not an inconvenience for me because I run the dishwasher at night just before I go to bed. I never used Jet-Dry until I got a new Bosch dishwasher. (Bosch makes very good, dependable dishwashers, but the rack designs are the pits!) According to the Bosch manual, Jet-Dry helps dishes dry. I have tried the other Name Brand Dishwashing Rinses, and their is absolutely No Comparison, because by far "Finish is the BEST!" Used this stuff in the past. Works well. Item arrived scrunched up. The seal luckily did not break. I feel this is notable enough to leave a review. If this was something I had never used I would request a replacement.3 stars because it works / poor handling of the item.

Jet-dry does its job perfectly to avoid water spots. We have a lot of calcium in our well water, and without Jet-dry our glassware would be coated with it. BUT, the dispenser is hard to direct and hard to control the flow, so a lot of product gets wasted when I fill the rinse dispenser. It shouldn't be that hard for Finish to bottle it better.

The product itself is excellent. The package was crushed, and the flip cap on the bottle was broken at the hinge. I hope I can keep the cap working long enough to use the product.

Finish leaves the dishes sparkling. It's always noticible when the well inside the dishwasher is empty of Finish. Better to finish with Finish

I purchased this primarily to turn off the refill light but also because our water quality is not great. It does appear to make the dishes dry faster, so I'd say it works well. My only problem with this bottle is that the lid is very prone to leaking. I traveled with this in a Ziploc bag and it was sideways by accident. A lot of the fluid leaked out of the cap, which really shouldn't have happened. The product is good otherwise though.
