This Ful backpack was used by my wife at school, but only for the class book and notepad, pens, etc. However, yesterday she had to bring her Macbook Pro to sign up for classes, and it was the first time a Mac was used in a bag traveled. This is a design flaw and I wouldn't recommend anyone carrying a computer in this bag unless you want to smash the screen. The first time a Macbook Pro was transported in this bag, it was damaged. I called customer service for a warranty replacement and informed them of the problem, but the recording said something about the fact that the ringer volume was high and left a message, which I did. I hope you learn from this review and don't damage a very expensive car like us that cost $550 to repair.
