Ful backpack could protect macbook pro

. This Ful backpack was used by my wife at school, but only for the class book and notepad, pens, etc. However, yesterday she had to bring her Macbook Pro to sign up for classes, and it was the first time a Mac was used in a bag traveled. She asked me how to insert it to make sure it was secure and I told her and flipped the computer back onto the back padding which she did. Being very careful with her bag all day, she came home and took a Macbook Pro to put on her desk and the screen broke at the bottom left of the keyboard where it was in the bag on the other side. Descent. When I inspected the inside of the bag in this area, there are no pads on the bottom or on the edge where the front and back of the bag are sewn together. This is a design flaw and I wouldn't recommend anyone carrying a computer in this bag unless you want to smash the screen. The first time a Macbook Pro was transported in this bag, it was damaged. I called customer service for a warranty replacement and informed them of the problem, but the recording said something about the fact that the ringer volume was high and left a message, which I did. I hope you learn from this review and don't damage a very expensive car like us that cost $550 to repair.
