They are ugly. But they keep your pants. I love the infinite adaptability of the design. If you order too long you can simply take them off, cut them off (make sure you use a lighter and burn the ends so they don't fray) and you'll end up with a shorter belt. They work. I might not be thrilled with the belt, but if you like the look (as opposed to leather), then what's not to like?
