I went to a spring beach wedding and then to an indoor party, so I wanted warmth over my summer dress without looking wintery. Despite the cold beach breeze, I pulled it tight over my arms and upper body and felt comfortable in it and received numerous compliments on its beauty. It's fairly large but not chunky so it doesn't look as warm as it is. Later, once inside, I threw it lightly over my shoulders and didn't feel hot. I can wear this any time of the year, indoors or out, and it will always look appropriate. And it's cashmere, that's why it's so soft. The people who hugged me oohed and aahed how soft it was. I really need this in multiple colors. I have blue and it's a lovely soft turquoise that will complement many outfits. love, love, LOVE IT!
