It was a gift for my husband and let's just go.

This was a gift for my husband and let's just say it was a hit. He can't beat me in Disney Scene It, so the playing field is level.

Great gift for Trekkies

My boss/girlfriend is a big Trekkie and she loved it. Unless you're a fan of the show and have limited knowledge, you really can't handle change playing against someone who does. This is a good way to pass the time and become a collector's item for fanatics.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Hard to say

Star Trek Scene it - Board Games

As a fan of all Star Trek movies and series, this game is a pleasure. Even if the questions are a bit tricky. If you're a Trekkie who studies every episode and takes pride in knowing every detail, you'll be fine. I would recommend the game even if you are not a real Trekkie.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Some little things

Really lets you use your brain!

I gave this to my husband for Christmas because he is a huge Star Trek fan. We enjoyed playing but didn't expect how difficult it would be when we were asked to name episodes too! It was fun and if you are a Star Trek fan you will get a challenge here!

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Requires an outlet

Great for a Star Trek fan

I bought this game because I have other Scene It games and enjoy playing them and two because my fiancรฉ is a huge Star Trek fan. If you've seen all the episodes and movies and know the general trivia about Star Trek, then this game is for you. It's basically like any other scene, but the details, the playing field and the DVD are all based on Star Trek. I haven't played it much yet, but I'm sure we'll have a lot of fun in the future.

  • Weight

Depends if you are a true Trekky or not.

This game stays very true to the nature of all the other Scene it? games; However, if you are not a true Trekkie, this may not be the most enjoyable experience for you. Many of the clues are ridiculously detailed and require knowledge of specific episode titles to get the correct answer. So the video clips are fun to watch, but incredibly frustrating when you have no idea what the episodes are called other than Tribble Trouble.

Pros
  • Quality of construction
Cons
  • Periodicity

Good challenge for Trekkies

Very good challenge even for those who have watched all Star Trek series. Lots of questions I recognized the characters but didn't know the names. Others who don't watch the show will quickly become bored, and my wife just named the captains for everything. Other than that, most of her answers were Captain Janeway. She got the couple right. We played a few rounds with the family and then basically just hit the bonus tiebreaks. It maintains randomness very well and even uses existing content for

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • No auto mode
