perfect game for my little girl!

My girl really liked this game! We had no problems with the remote at all - don't know what the other user meant. I am planning to buy another game to give my nieces for Christmas. I give two thumbs up for that.

Pros & cons

  • Handsfree

Disney Princess DVD Game

Bought this for our daughter it's perfect for 5-6 year olds with the ability to use the remote control (included) it's fun. I read reviews that questions are repetitive and kids get bored. I didn't find that a problem, my kid is having a good time.

Pros & cons

  • Free for Education
  • Ugly Packaging

I wish it worked better in DVD games

We went through the 10 minute remote control programming process twice. Just couldn't get it to work. A very disappointed little girl was left playing with the princesses on the board. The grandmother who gave us the game is very sorry that she didn't choose a chest of drawers or something else.

Pros & cons

4 year olds will love it

My 4 year old loves this game and everything about it. Some of the answers are hard to get as we didn't show her any of the princess movies (too many deaths, villains etc. These movies should be upgraded to a PG rating and parents should take the ratings seriously). Otherwise a fun game for young and old.

Pros & cons

  • Good product for the price
  • Quick start guide

cute game for girls

My 4 year old got this for Christmas and had a lot of fun with it. The game is designed for little girls and is probably best suited for 3-5 year olds. It's easy to play, the game progresses quickly and the remote control is easy to program. Found it for less than $20 just before Christmas. While I love it, it's not worth the $30 I've seen for a fee. Too easy for the price.

Pros & cons

  • Trial version for one year
  • It's ok

Not what you think.

This is a nice game but all my 3 daughters are a bit disappointed with it. My 8 year old is BORING because she has all the answers. My 6 year old knows a lot but singing problems are too complicated. My 4 year old knows a few but then again the singing tasks are too hard and not enough time to guess the answer before revealing the answer. Also, the rest of the tests are too slow, and you might think the opposite is true. Nice game but not worth the money.

Pros & cons

  • Price
  • Slightly wrinkled

Not good value! Good for DVD games

Better buy a board game because it's just a DVD that repeats the same questions in the same order every time. There are no individual levels like in many other PC games and the game elements are cheap. a very tedious task to calibrate the remote and I honestly wouldn't recommend this game at all. It's just a one hit miracle. If your child asks for this toy like mine did, you should redirect them to another.

My girls favorite game

I was a bit shocked reading other reviews on this product. My daughters 4 and 6 1/2 years old love this game. This is definitely one of her favorites. I compare it to the younger version of Sceneit. It teaches sharing as each girl takes a turn with the remote control. This teaches problem-solving skills as they need to pay close attention to the clip to answer questions. Allow me to pause from the review about it being humiliating for girls or whatever because the clips at the end show princesses kissing their princes - the images at the end of the "winner" bonus clip are all from princess movies . If you don't like princess movies and what they are about, then why buy this product at all?

Pros & cons

  • Easy to use
  • Doesn't work for everything

Surprising error that is so easy to fix, and yet.;

My 5 year old daughter put this item at the top of her list and was very happy with it. The game is overpriced due to the unnecessary remote that comes with it (which will take a while to set up), but it worked well. The same goes for a game with cute questions hard enough to interest even adults. However, on back-to-back replays, we noticed that the questions on the DVD appear in the same order, starting from the beginning each time. There is no shuffling or randomizing of questions. (For example, it is sometimes encountered in Scene It, but not to such an extent). So every time you play, ask a question through everything that will be the same and in the same order. There's no way to tell how many questions are on the disc (nothing says so), but since there could be thousands of questions, wouldn't it be asking Disney to create a way to display different questions? The only option you have is to play and skip each of the 20-30 questions you answered in the game you played for the…
