Great product in my review

These items worked perfectly for my game I like the artwork and the price is amazing on this great prop for your D&D game. That's my feedback.

Pros
  • Wads exactly what was advertized
Cons
  • May be too complicated or intricate for some players to fully understand or utilize

Shuffle up your campaign with this deck of many things.

Fantastic presentation. Subdued fantasy art makes a believable prop for the players’ characters as they draw from the decks. Great way to introduce some chaos to any campaign.

Pros
  • The deck is so beautiful. We’re gonna have so much fun on family game night
Cons
  • Could be seen as too gimmicky or distracting for serious RPG players

Nice Deck But I returned It (Dungeons n Dragons)

I purchased these cards thinking it was an oracle deck or could be used as one. I did not open and examine each card but from what I can see they are nice decks. there is a small instruction guide inside and for players of dnd they will understand how it works. I do not.

Pros
  • Toys & Games
Cons
  • Limited replay value could make the decks less useful after a few sessions

Deck of Many Things

Bought this mainly for the Deck of Many Things to use in my DnD campaign. The cards are as sturdy as playing cards and the players at my table liked the artwork. Went through the whole deck within 2 sessions and the players were daring each other to draw a card. I think the thing that helped the most is that there was something to actually draw and hold. This was a much better option than using anything else including playing cards as a stand in. Hope to use the Deck of Many Fates in a…

Pros
  • One of the cards came damaged.
Cons
  • Could potentially distract from the storytelling aspect of RPGs

Dm Revenge fueled purchase.

I was dming on sunday night and my players has a deck of many things without realizing it, I was like ok roll for deck of many things. One of my players apparently had one of his own and decided he would pull from his own. He kept doing this for the other players as well and as a DM it infuriated me to no end as he started by drawing The Fates and the nothing bad enough to use them on! Monday I was fuming and went looking to buy a deck of manythings to stop this player in my next session. I…

Pros
  • BUYER BEWARE: Whether setting out for your first adventure or delving a legendary tomb of horror, the Deck of Many Things will surely shake things up for any edition of your favorite tabletop fantasy RPG
Cons
  • Might not be accessible for players with physical disabilities or impairments

Great product for my games.

I got this so I can use it for my dnd games. The cards are in 2 decks and can be combined if needed for more fun.It showed up late only because hurricane Sally showed up after I ordered them. But I'm glad they still got to me.

Pros
  • Enjoy hours of engaging gameplay with the exciting components in this game-deck duo
Cons
  • Could be seen as too gimmicky or distracting for players who prefer a more minimalist approach

Really needs a preview of the Fates deck

The deck of many things has and always will be a staple of DND. I figured the Deck of many Fates would be less game breaking, or rather produce interesting scenarios like the 'Rogue' card would do. But it actually has some interesting results, yet not all are really that interesting. It would greatly benefit us as buyers to just have a preview of the contents of that fates deck. I will say that the artwork is immaculate, and really a good fit for the cards. Buy this for the original deck.

Pros
  • Very well made.
Cons
  • Could potentially create rifts or disagreements between players if not used fairly

Great addition to any RPG campaign

The cards are about as think as regular playing cards. I was shopping around for a deck I could use as a deck of many things in my pathfinder campaign and stumbled across thus deck. It's awesome!I just started a new campaign and asked the players if they wanted to have a bit of chaos to start things off. Of course they all opted for chaos! I had them draw a card from both decks separately. It did add a nice bit of flavor to their characters.

Pros
  • Use the Fantasy RPG Game-Deck Duo to develop and maintain a vast range of characters and scenarios
Cons
  • Might not be useful for players who prefer a more immersive and realistic gameplay experience

Amazing!: my feedback

These cards are amazing, and the Deck of Many Fates is a breath of fresh air. If you're hesitant about adding the Deck of Many Things to your table, the Deck of Many Fates is a welcome addition. Highly recommend!

Pros
  • I bought for my group, and it keeps making its way into our sessions
Cons
  • Could be seen as repetitive if used in every game session

Not actually tarot cards!

These are some sort of playing cards, really dark energies and NOT actually for doing readings. Don’t be fooled, these cards are like a game that has no real directions or actual way to play from what I see. Just random cards that talk about taking HP and that sort of thing. Really disappointed they advertised like tarot deck. It’s definitely not.

Pros
  • Take your card-based games to the next level with these feature-packed cards for DND 5E
Cons
  • Could be seen as a waste of money for players who only play occasionally or infrequently

Deck of many wows! - my new review

I really love this set! It's gorgeous and adds a fun mystique when pulling out the Deck of Many Things during gameplay! Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • I liked the detail on the cards. Both decks will come in handy whenever I get to have a campaign again.
Cons
  • May not be the preferred style or artwork for some players

More than expected in my review

I gotta say, I was scetchy to pick these up with the lack of reviews online. But man, am I glad I did! These decks are great! The artwork is really good through the decks. And each card has the effect printed on the card so that you don’t have to reference your book. High quality card stock. Im very pleased.

Pros
  • Use the Deck of Many Things to add unpredictability and challenge to your campaign
Cons
  • May not be useful for players who prefer a more open-ended or improvisational gameplay style

A great way to spice up the campaign

Beautiful artwork. Decks may not be sturdy enough to withstand frequent use or wear and tear. I like to addition of the Deck of Many Fates. I cannot wait to have my group discover these.

Pros
  • I always wanted the deck of many things and I was so happy when I found this one thank you so much.
Cons
  • Decks may not be sturdy enough to withstand frequent use or wear and tear

OMG 😩😍😍😍 on my review.

I literally stared at this deck for days before i bought it, its a game, but with tarot you can get creative, the cards illustrations are unmatched and even the messages at the bottom are significant! I think its cool to have in your collection! Also the decks come split up its so cool

Pros
  • The deck's impressive size ensures maximum visibility during play
Cons
  • Limited card meanings could make the decks less useful for more advanced or complex gameplay scenarios

Beautiful art work best in my review

Beautiful art work on both decks. The cards are tarot sized which is larger than a normal deck of cards. These cards are perfect for my DnD games. Each deck is packaged in its own box then sealed with cellophane and both are packaged in the larger box. This is not a tarot deck. It’s made for ttrpgs.

Pros
  • Get the perfect set of tools for your DND 5E campaign with these two decks in one
Cons
  • Might not be suitable for players looking for a more serious or mature RPG experience
